Making a reservation is very easy, but you are kindly requested to read carefully following regulations before proceding:
The minimum required stay is 3 days for apartments in the historic centre and 7 days for villas in the Tuscan country and apartments by the sea (from Saturday to Saturday).
Please note that an availability request by e-mail is not a reservation and if not confirmed, the required property remains available for bookings.

The options are granted, on request, for a period of 1 days and will expire automatically and without any further notice if the reservation is not confirmed. If you want to confirm your booking, you need to pay a 30% deposit of the total booking amount (by credit card on the web site or by bank transfer) and send for e-mail or fax the payment receipt. Immediately we will send the voucher with the details for the check-in. The balance is required to be paid 60 days prior to arrival, by credit card on the web site or by wire transfer.  To fill in the voucher we need the following information: Surname, name, address, telephon numbers, nationality, number of persons (specify whether adults or children).

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to stay more people than those stated on the voucher. Any changes such as names and number of guest must be reported to the property owner or to his representative and they need to be approved before your arrival. Pets are not allowed, even if well trained, if not previously authorized by the owner. The owner or his representative reserves the right to cancel the booking and / or move away guests if they have not complied with the above mentioned rules. Please note that renting an apartment/villa is different from booking a hotel room where you will always find someone to welcome you and give you the keys.

It is possible to arrive or leave the property at different times by arrangement with the owners.

The pool, if available, is open during the time indicated in the description of the property.

The owner is authorized to access the property during the stay of guests to perform the maintenance work needed for the garden and swimming pool. Dates and times will be communicated to the customer upon arrival. The customer is required to pay a security deposit  to the owner or his representative upon arrival. the amount varies depending on the length of stay and the type of accommodation shown on the voucher. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, deducting the amount due for any damages caused by the customer.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR RISERVATION: The paid amount is non-refundable
